I'm relatively new to the Phoenix area and I needed maintenance service on my 2017 BMW 440iX. Oil change, brake fluid flush and cabin air filter. Erika was my service advisor and she is fantastic! Both on the phone helping me get an appointment set up, and again once I arrived at the shop for service. She is knowledgeable and very friendly and nice. I dropped the car off mid- morning and they estimated a couple of hours for the work. Sure enough, I was back at the shop mid-day and was able to pick up my car. The estimate was spot on, and not a dollar more, even after a multi- point inspection, where you might expect many places to magically find more things to fix or replace! The price, while still not cheap ( thank you, BMW! Lol), was still lower than dealership estimates, as well as estimates from other shops. They employ a mechanic who specializes in BMW work, and he did a fantastic job! The car was pulled up front and even had a new, cold bottle of water in my cup holder for the drive home. So impressed with Cien and their staff. Highly recommend them and I will be back to their shop for the next services! Great job, Cien and Erika!

They saved me from being overcharged from other shops out there. I had them replace my gas tank because it has leak on it. My preferences were respected and Anthony made a good job keeping me updated of the process from buying to road testing it for safety. Good job guys! <3

Don’t waste your time… GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! These folks always treat me fairly and respectfully. Plenty of friendly personalities if you do decide to hang out at the shop. I’ve brought 3 of my own cars here and my father brought his over. They’ve done oil changes for us, engine work, and a/c work. The first two times we were just feeling them out and getting quotes but at this point I wouldn’t consider letting any other shop work on my family’s vehicles. They give us the most fair and comprehensive quotes and I LOVE that they deduct whatever you pay for a diagnostic from the final invoice. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS TODAY!!!

Visited with a problem. 2012 Ram 1500 diagnosed at another shop: motor needs replaced (Valid), $$$$ estitimate , 3 to 4 weeks to do the work. Anthony took the time to find all avaiable options. With a like for like estimate (Motor Replaced) Anthony was able to get the job done for a THIRD LESS $$, work complete and back to me in three days. nice work all! I have a new shop. Thank you!
