I have brought my Toyota 4Runner (2016), and my Lexus IS300 (2001) to Cien Motor Werks. ALWAYS I get great service. They show you the issues and even will take you into the GARAGE and show you. Great front desk team of Anthony and Ritchie and fantastic team to get the work done. I ALWAYS recommend this fine establishment operated. Don't ever take your car to the dealership.

I took my car in to have the coolant issue fixed that I had been putting off for over a year. After getting my car worked on I was so excited because it was running like new! It had so much getty-up (acceleration power, lol) and is still running great. I was so pleased I referred my daughter to them to repair her truck. They did a great job, but there was an issue after she drove it for a couple weeks, and when we returned it to find out what was wrong with it, which was an entirely different issue, Anthony was kind enough to split the cost 50/50. That showed us that they really do care about customer satisfaction and doing what they can to make things right. Thank you so much!
