I'm relatively new to the Phoenix area and I needed maintenance service on my 2017 BMW 440iX. Oil change, brake fluid flush and cabin air filter. Erika was my service advisor and she is fantastic! Both on the phone helping me get an appointment set up, and again once I arrived at the shop for service. She is knowledgeable and very friendly and nice. I dropped the car off mid- morning and they estimated a couple of hours for the work. Sure enough, I was back at the shop mid-day and was able to pick up my car. The estimate was spot on, and not a dollar more, even after a multi- point inspection, where you might expect many places to magically find more things to fix or replace! The price, while still not cheap ( thank you, BMW! Lol), was still lower than dealership estimates, as well as estimates from other shops. They employ a mechanic who specializes in BMW work, and he did a fantastic job! The car was pulled up front and even had a new, cold bottle of water in my cup holder for the drive home. So impressed with Cien and their staff. Highly recommend them and I will be back to their shop for the next services! Great job, Cien and Erika!
