I wanted to again thank Anthony for helping my wife and I with our 2017 VW Golf Alltrack which developed a major issue with the engine.. He assigned Shawn, who did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our vehicle in a very timely manner. He also provided us with important information about maintaining the vehicle, information never offered by the dealer. We are very pleased that we now have a trustworthy and honest place to take our car for repair's.

I called Anthony and he was most helpful on ordering a new tail gate latch for my 2017 VW Golf Alltract . Shaw the mechanic did an exceptional job installing the new latch and insuring that it worked properly. He also advised me that my brakes were did not need replacing at this time. I will be visiting the shop again for my oil changes and all other repairs. Great job!!!!!! Bob Bolton

No appointment needed. I called ahead to get a quote on installing tires and a wheel alignment and spoke with Mario who was very helpful, professional quoted me accurate numbers. Will be going back to have brakes changed. Will recommend to anyone in the Avondale location thats looking for a reliable no hidden cost technician.

Cien Motor Werks, and Anthony, have been amazing to work with. I have had a difficult situation with a small diesel van. While my issues have not been fully resolved, they seem to have a "we'll make it right" approach to customer service. This is hard to find these days. I'm confident they will see me through to get my van up and running. Customer service culture is always top, down in an organization, so kudos to ownership and management!
