This was my first time going to Cien Motor, If I could give them 100 stars I would. Erica and staff were unbelievable helpful and caring, from start to finish. It's rare to find genuine authentic businesses that are truly there for their customer's. They are very active in the community and a staple for the city of Avondale. I am grateful I stumbled upon this shop. Overall a very impressive family business that gives back. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Got my car repaired here for a/c and an oil leak and they got the job done. Customer service was a plus and very hospitable. Erica was very sweet and Jaime was very courteous. I would recommend this auto shop to friends and family. Overall experience was outstanding and awesome

Roberto was a good technician . He knew a lot of his stuff . Highly recommend coming to this shop for suspension and alignment. Front desk was also very nice .

We’ve been going to Cien motors for a few years now after getting tired of what we felt like were unnecessary and overpriced services at the dealerships and the only regret we have is that we didn’t start going to them sooner. We gave 3 vehicles that we take in for regular maintenance and they are always honest with the work the cars need or don’t need, and they’re never pushy. Staff is awesome, they’re always welcoming and accommodating to our needs.

Cien gave me great service in a timely manner. I got an oil change, radiator flush, tire rotation in 2 hours. I have taken my truck here for 7 years. My 1999 Toyota Tacoma has 213,000 miles on it. Cien keeps it running. Anthony is the best.
