Brought my Mercedes in for service and had another issue which they were able to correct the same day for low cost. Always friendly and helpful staff and keeps me updated along the way.

They did a fabulous job on changing a couple of leaking hoses on my Audi Q5 along with a couple of other fixes. The front and back end staff are great to deal with and a special shout out to Anthony for his great communication and attention to seeing that the job is done to the satisfaction of the customers expectations.

Stipped in forst thing. Had a bad clunk in the front end of my truck. In the same day, theu diagnosed amd repaired the vehicle. Sway bar links, bushings and an alignment. My truck is back to normal. Greay service and will use them again.

As a former mechanic and now a single parent with limited time, I have come to realize that my time is more valuable than money. When I dropped off my car, I was greeted warmly by Alyssa at the front desk. She was kind, welcoming, and made the intake process easy. The next day, Anthony called with a clear diagnosis and explained my options thoroughly. His professionalism and patience in answering my difficult questions stood out. Since I already had the recommended sensor at home, I chose to take the vehicle back without repair, but I appreciated his honesty and respect for my decision. At pickup, Alyssa once again greeted me politely and helped me check out. I also had the chance to speak with Eric, one of the mechanics who helped locate the problematic sensor. He took the time to explain how he reached his conclusion, which I greatly appreciated. It showed real dedication and care. Overall, my first experience with Cien Motor Werks was excellent. The team was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I will definitely continue bringing my vehicles here and will recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, trustworthy service.
