I took my classic mustang here to get the battery draining issue sorted. It was a tedious process for the technician but despite the challenges and setbacks faced he did not give up. The battery draining issue was due to some electrical wiring. In the end, the vehicle is working as intended without any more battery draining issues. Reasonable pricing and highly recommended for your vehicle service needs. Thank you for repairing my vehicle.

Every time I take my car in to the shop they get what's needs to be done, done. They tell u if there's any other probs that u may not know about that needs to be done and they fix those problems as well if & when u want them done. They are very respectful and awesome people and can be trusted with your vehicles for sure 😊🧡

Top notch! This will be the forth time I have used Cien Motor Werks and have not been disappointed. Communication with delay's (waiting on parts) to finding the correct issue the first time is a huge stress reducer when your main vehicle is out of commission. A+ will continue to use their services when needed.

Let me tell you about Cien. I these guys are beyond the best that there is. I cannot tell you how over satisfied I am. They have had all my vehicles and within all these times my vehicles have come back to me even better than I could imagine. All the technicians kick ass. They take their time and work on your vehicle with Pride. And I need to give a special shout out to Justin. He has worked with me hand-in-hand through, everything that has come up with my vehicles. He is honest, sincere, and direct to the point. And I cannot tell you how much that means. Especially in today’s age where people try and hide things. Justin and his team are awesome! If you need great mechanics that are professional and courteous you should check them out. They are attentive to your concerns and will explain everything to you and they will make sure you’re taking care of.

I’m very skeptical on who works on my car because i’ve had bad experiences in the past & my car means everything to me, very valuable car. I was having electrical issues with my Qx50, i called them and asked if I can bring it in that same day, & by the next day early in the morning i already had the diagnostics and by a couple hours my car was ready to go. I’m very satisfied, Justin was very accommodating, communicated well, the waiting area was clean, very professional overall, although the diagnosis pricing was more than i expected, but other than that, the total price of the repairs was reasonable, whoever worked on my car literally left it like NEW! I recommend 100%.

I took my van here after I took it to two other ships. The first shop did a very poor job, and the second shop didn't want to work on it anymore. I took it here with very little expectations, but the place seemed legit. It looks like you're walking into a small business. They held my van for a almost a week, but they kept me updated the entire time. So far, my van has no trouble after taking it to this shop. I really do recommend this place.

The staff is friendly and considerate. The service provided was done in a reasonable amount of time and with accuracy.
