This shop is very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies very nice and helpful and make you feel welcome. The quality of work is apparent by how clean and up kept the shop looks.

Although I had to bring my car back several times I was impressed by the the way the Cien Motors people stayed with and fixed the problem. I found them to be very courteous and patient until they found and fixed the issues.

Cien Motor Werks has been superb in both service and customer satisfaction. They are convenient to my workplace which is great. Above all is the fact that they do exactly what I request and do so in a timely manner. They offer recommendations for your vehicle but don't ever hassle you with an up-sell. Great company!!

Took my truck to Cien Motor Werks for a alignment and was able to get in the same day which was great. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

Cien motorwerks used to be a good reliable place to take your vehicle to. However this last experience we had with our silverado has been disappointing and disastrous. Took it in to get the flywheel replaced they "diagnosed" that the starter was bad which took them 3 days to do in the first place. Than told us it was fixed. Before I even left the lot I heard them start it and it sounded like crap. Gears grinding and what not. I asked them and their response was oh I put it in drive than park because I couldn't see the light on the dash. Drove it home it ran like crap but was running. Less than 24 hours later it was dead again. Got ahold of them and they said they would fix it for the original price which in and of itself is bogus because we already paid for labor that they would be doing again. The flywheel was bad of course like we originally stated. ( pictures to follow.) Mind you we asked multiple times if it was good before picking it up the first time and they stated yes the flywheel is fine.now they have had it again for 4 more days ontop of the original 6 and are charging us more than original quote and not doing anything to fix their mess up. Long story short id advise anyone that is looking for a good reputable mechanic to look somewhere other than ciens. If you do use them do so at your own risk and have deep pockets.

Took my Mercedes-Benz to Grulic's for a exhaust leak they had my car for three weeks fixed the turbo never found the exhaust leak. Found Cien Motors on line had an appointment within two days within 24hrs they found the leak and 72hrs my car runs great Thad they treat you like a friend would. Hope I won't have to go back for a while but if I need my car looked at Cien Motors is my spot 👌
