This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to this place and both times was a great experience! Very friendly staff they walk you threw everything you need done. Our family has 3 Audi’s and have always taken them to the Dealership, but decided recently to try Cien Motors as we live in Litchfield Park and it’s closer. Our first visit was for an AC replacement/repair and we saved nearly $900 dollars (I had first taken to dealer). Our most recent visit was for brakes on a different vehicle and and also saved a significant amount (I called the dealership to check this time). While savings and value are very important, service, professionalism, and honesty are also key to trusting someone with your vehicle. Both Jaime and Anthony demonstrated exceptional care and attention to detail in walking us through the repairs needed and where the costs would be.
