I continue to go to this shop, the people there are just plain wonderful, they care, they listen, and they do. AND they are fair beyond...my car wasnt ready at COB Friday night, they lent me a car til I could get a rental...who does that? CIEN does.. thanks again!! Hadn’t really needed services on my Touareg, but was consistently seeing their giant cards in my mail. Finally needed a brake job, called Nathan and asked questions, took it in and had a perfect brake job completed. Came back a couple days later for an AC cabin filter swap. On time, expedient, fun group of people, will definitely return, even if it’s a German car and more expensive! Thanks Nathan!
