Great service! Very honest guys. And the customer service from the office girls are awesome. They greet you with the smile and pay attention to what you're saying. Even though they were very busy they took the time a diagnose my vehicle I'm definitely coming back.

Not knowing much about cars, I assumed I would be taken advantage of. Instead, everything that needed to be done to fix my AC was explained to me in full detail, prior to any work being done. The office personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimated price and time of completion. The work was completed ahead of schedule, for a hundred dollars less than I was quoted. I paid them in full and asked for the keys to go get my car. Then they pointed out the door and my car was right there waiting on me. They walked me out to my car and when I opened the door, to my amazement, the interior and floor had been wiped down and vacuumed. My son took my van here about 1 week ago. There was misunderstanding I was upset to say the least. However, Jaime the manager called me and understood where i was coming. I can say that if there is a problem or you are not happy with the service they will go above and beyond to make it right. Jaime was very kind and understanding. Cien Motors you have an excellent manager. Cien Motors definitely cares for their customers and is all about customer service. I will 100% be back and referred friends and family. Not too happy with their service. Got work done. They broke the clips on the dash and didnt say anything so I had to take it back for more repair. They vacuumed my vehicle. Then they offered to detail and wash the seats. Was advised it was a new service and would be charged $50. I thought it was a great deal so I brought it in. Well... They vacuumed it! It was just vacuumed after the vehicle repair. Did they wash the seats like any other detail place? NO. I paid for nothing. I could gotten the same service at a car wash place for less than half of what I paid. I won't go back. They lost my business. Won't refer anyone else either.

The shop staff is very professional and courteous. Service was very timely and communication was great. I have been going to Cien Motor Works for a year now may be but their services are always on point. I took my car in for numerous repairs and even having to deal with my insurance they did an amazing job. They even went as far as to repair things that weren’t covered with my insurance to ensure great quality on my car. My insurance wanted them to work with used parts but Cien Motor Works demanded new parts and wanted nothing less than great. I definitely will continue to go here and thankful for the services of Alyssa who was professional and efficient during the time my car was in their care.

We love this shop! We bring both of our (and soon to be third) vehicles here and they always do a great job. I love that they are so accommodating, they work with our schedule and are always available for repairs when we need them, I’ve never had to wait a week or even a day! They are always super professional. They usually beat the competitors pricing and are just so easy to work with. I would recommend them to everyone. 👍🏽
