Good place to get your car fixed and good friendly services

I continue to go to this shop, the people there are just plain wonderful, they care, they listen, and they do. AND they are fair beyond...my car wasnt ready at COB Friday night, they lent me a car til I could get a rental...who does that? CIEN does.. thanks again!! Hadn’t really needed services on my Touareg, but was consistently seeing their giant cards in my mail. Finally needed a brake job, called Nathan and asked questions, took it in and had a perfect brake job completed. Came back a couple days later for an AC cabin filter swap. On time, expedient, fun group of people, will definitely return, even if it’s a German car and more expensive! Thanks Nathan!

I broke down in my Cadillac down the street from this shop. I called and spoke to Anthony the Service Advisor and he and 3 other men from the shop came to me and pushed my car into the shop so I didn't have to pay for tow. I would highly recommend this shop. They are courteous, skilled, efficient, and affordable. I will be taking my car there for all future repairs or service.

My experience with Cien Motor was nothing but exceptional. My Audi needed immediate repairs and when I dropped off my vehicle Anthony asked very detailed questions to get a better idea on what work needed to be done. After they ran a diagnostic test on the vehicle they called me same day with a detailed list of what was wrong and what parts and labor was needed to repair the vehicle. They provided me with the exact cost of the repairs and estimated completion time. My car was ready next day and ran better the day I purchased it (used) and the quote given on the repairs was the same when I picked up my vehicle. They performed better then what I was expecting and everything was well explained by Anthony. They will be my “go-to” shop for any future work or repairs.

Very personable group. Made time for us to be helped. Remembered my name. I had a mirror replaced very quickly. I trust them with my vehicle. Great service.
