Cien motor works is an awesome place to take you vehicle. I have taken my vehicles there on three occasions and I always walk out satisfied with the work they did for me ,i.e air repair, battery cable ,oil changes ,etc. . Thank you guys.

Last week I was having issues with my vehicle. I took the vehicle to Cien and was relieved that Master Mechanic, (Jon) was able to find and correct the issue quickly. Cien employs knowledgable professional office staff (Anthony) and their mechanics are truly masters of their craft.

They did pretty good job. If they are wrong they will fix it. Good folks. Fast quality work. I had a lot of work done and it was fast quality work and they get the job done...they're prices are better than most other folks As well . Their work has been exemplary, the price is way better than the dealership, and their work is guaranteed! From air conditioner repair to oil changes, electrical issues and gas tank problems, Cien Motor Werks is my go-to shop. Jaime even help me out by installing a shiny new chrome grill on my Ram! Visited Cien for the 1st time, and I'll be a regular customer. I brought in an older Japanese suv, and they gave me a complete breakdown of needed repairs. Anthony and the mechanics were very professional and followed up. I love to see local family owned businesses succeeding.keep it up!

Great service! Very honest guys. And the customer service from the office girls are awesome. They greet you with the smile and pay attention to what you're saying. Even though they were very busy they took the time a diagnose my vehicle I'm definitely coming back.

Not knowing much about cars, I assumed I would be taken advantage of. Instead, everything that needed to be done to fix my AC was explained to me in full detail, prior to any work being done. The office personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimated price and time of completion. The work was completed ahead of schedule, for a hundred dollars less than I was quoted. I paid them in full and asked for the keys to go get my car. Then they pointed out the door and my car was right there waiting on me. They walked me out to my car and when I opened the door, to my amazement, the interior and floor had been wiped down and vacuumed. My son took my van here about 1 week ago. There was misunderstanding I was upset to say the least. However, Jaime the manager called me and understood where i was coming. I can say that if there is a problem or you are not happy with the service they will go above and beyond to make it right. Jaime was very kind and understanding. Cien Motors you have an excellent manager. Cien Motors definitely cares for their customers and is all about customer service. I will 100% be back and referred friends and family.
