Totally trust coming to Cien. We've been coming to this shop for a year and a half. Repairs are always done quickly and efficiently. Never any problems after the fact. Today had great interaction with Alyssa, great customer service!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this family owned business! They have fair prices, are honest, and won't try to pressure you into any extra maintenance work like so many other car shops. They go above and beyond and I would recommend them to anybody!

I have received nothing but the best in customer service and timely repairs with these people! I have had multiple vehicles and multiple issues repaired from radiators to AC compressors. I even just had a situation where after a repair it looked as if something could have been damaged in the process. I did not know if it was them or just another thing to become damaged with age. When I mentioned the damage I was anxious of course because I don't want to falsely accuse anyone. However, they were professional and neutral the whole time. They are even repairing the damaged part without any cost to me. They have just gained a life long customer and I will probably take work to them I could have done myself just because I want them to be around in the future! They have gone far past trustworthy in my book and I will recommend them to anyone. I thought this kind of customer service did not exist any more, but here it is.

Tom and the crew at Avondale Service and Parts were excellent. Having your vehicle worked on can be frustrating, but not with these guys. I dropped my Jeep off on Monday for an oil pan and rear main seal. I was quoted a very reasonable price and they had the work done in under 24 hours. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quick and honest work at a reasonable price.
